Trademark Usage Guidelines
IPGglobe regards its trademark as one of the most valuable intellectual property assets. IPGglobe requires you to help us protect our brand by following these guidelines for the use of trademark (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines"). Except for the limited right of use expressly permitted in this Guide, this Guide does not grant any other type of rights by implication or otherwise. This guide applies to IPGglobe licensees, partners and other third parties interested in using IPGglobe trademark, service marks or trademark names (collectively, "IPGglobe trademark"). IPGglobe trademark has various forms, including text, logo, design, slogan, color, product shape, product packaging and voice. Our trademark should include all registered or unregistered trademarks.
Licensees and partners, if they have current agreements authorizing the sale of IPGglobe products and services, should refer to the specific trademark use guidelines provided in the agreements. If the agreement does not include a trademark use guide, please follow this guide.

Prohibited use of IPGglobe trademark
1.Do not use the trademark in the name of your company, product or service. You may not use or register the IPGglobe trademark as the full or partial name of your company, product or service name in any jurisdiction.
2.Do not use trademarks as domain names or social media images. Unless expressly authorized by IPGglobe, you may not use or register any domain name or social media or image containing any IPGglobe trademark.
3.Do not use trademarks in keyword advertisements. Without the express authorization of IPGglobe, you may not use the IPGglobe trademark in Google keyword ads, Microsoft ads or other similar online marketing services or related content.
4.Do not use trademarks in false or misleading advertisements. All trademark use must be true and not misleading, and shall not imply any untrue relationship, recognition or sponsorship with IPGglobe.
5.The logo shall not be used without permission. You may not use any IPGglobe logo without signing an agreement with IPGglobe or obtaining the express written permission of IPGglobe to authorize such use.
Use IPGglobe trademark correctly
The correct use of IPGglobe trademark is essential for IPGglobe to provide continuous protection and help customers who rely on products and services. All licensors shall follow this guideline when using IPGglobe trademark.
1.Please do not change the IPGglobe trademark. The trademark shall be used consistently and may not be changed. For example, for the IPGglobe trademark, you cannot change its appearance by abbreviating, using improper capitalization style, integrating into abbreviations, changing its spelling, adding text or design elements.
2.Use trademarks as adjectives. Trademarks are adjectives, which should be followed by general terms to be modified. For example, you should use the IPGglobe set-top box instead of the IPGglobe’s set-top box.
3.Use appropriate trademark notification symbols. Trademark notice symbol (TM( ™) Or circle R( ®)) It is a way for a brand to inform the public of its exclusive ownership of words and design logos. All IPGglobe trademark should use the appropriate trademark notification symbol, which can be found in the IPGglobe trademark list.
4.Use the correct trademark ownership statement. All marketing materials, advertisements, product packaging, web pages, manuals and research reports containing IPGglobe trademark must also include the correct trademark ownership statement indicating that the trademark ownership belongs to IPGglobe. In general, the attribution statement should be displayed at the end of the material, at the footnote of the document or on the back of the package. The correctness of the trademark ownership statement depends on the trademark used in the material. For example, IPGglobe and IPGglobe business logo are trademarks of Wuhan IPG Technologies Co., Ltd.
Abuse of IPGglobe trademark
If you find anyone using any logo, icon or image similar to IPGglobe trademark in any way, which is easy to cause confusion, please send an email to notify support@ipgglobe.com .Similarly, if you find that someone uses the IPGglobe trademark in violation of any of the above rules, please send an email to support@ipgglobe.com Notify us. If possible, please provide a copy of the illegal use of the trademark.
